On the last Saturday of April each year, the Celtic Society of Southern Maryland uses this time to celebrate Celtic heritage. The festival shares the traditions of the Celtic peoples through concert series, workshops, heritage dinners, a medieval feast, and more. Held at the 506 acre Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum, their is continuous music and dance, storytelling, harp and fiddle competitions, as well as pipe bands, athletes, drummers, crafts, and a Celtic marketplace for food and gifts.
